Cool, creamy, and iconic — the Greek Nescafé Frappé is a refreshing iced coffee made with instant coffee, cold water, sugar, and ice, shaken or blended until frothy. Perfect for warm days, it’s Greece’s go-to summer drink with optional milk for extra creaminess.

Ingredients
-
Nescafe instant coffee
-
Water
-
Sugar (optional)
-
Milk/Creamer (optional)
Directions
In a tall glass, add 1 tablespoon of Nescafé instant coffee (use 2 if you prefer it stronger).
Add sugar to taste — whether you like it sweet or bitter, it’s up to you.
Pour in about 2–3 oz of cold water, just enough to cover the coffee.
Using a hand frother or shaker, mix until a thick, foamy layer forms on top.
Next, add a handful of ice cubes, then fill the glass with cold water. If you like it creamier, add a splash (or more) of cold milk.
Give it a final stir with a straw — and your frappé is ready to enjoy!
