United States Shipping
We ship to US but
- We do not ship to AK/HI/Puerto Rico
- We do not ship to PO boxes.
We ship our products with UPS, USPS and Fedex depending on destination.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders above $75, excluding taxes and we use Ground Shipping 2-7 business days depending on destination.
We do not ship on Sundays, the orders placed on Sunday it will be processed on Monday.
Please note that weekends are excluded from all shipping-time calculations. The above shipping-time estimates refer to transit time with the postal carrier; they do not include our processing time.
We ship to Canada but
- We do not to Northwest Territories
- We do not ship to Yukon
- We do not ship to Nunavut
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and we use Fedex.

Please note that these are transit times once your package is picked up by the carrier; they do not include our processing time.
We are not responsible for any duties or fees that may be imposed by foreign governments outside the United States. Our shipping prices include the cost of shipping your package only.
All customs forms include the applicable numeric harmonized tariff code for each product within the package. Customs forms are included in a sealed pouch on the outside of the package, as per customs regulations.

Recipiada.com asks all customers to inspect their package(s) upon receipt. Do not dispose of any packaging before inspecting the contents of your package(s). Call customer service at 646-401-0224 if there are any problems with your package(s). All returns must be approved by the customer service department and all requests for returns must be made within 48 hours of receiving your package(s).
The following items will NOT be accepted as returns:
- Opened groceries
- Any product(s) not in its original condition, including packaging that is damaged or opened.
- Perishable goods and bakery items.
Recipiada reserves the right to substitute alternate products with equivalent specifications for products ordered and became unavailable.

Insurance and handling charges are not refundable. Shipping costs are non-refundable except for defective items or items sent in error. Defective items will be replaced by an identical item or a similar item if the defective item is out of stock. Returns and exchanges may be subjected to a 20% restock fee. Returns should be shipped insured, as Parente Bros International and Recipiada.com assumes no liability for lost or damaged return shipments. Save your tracking numbers, as they can prove invaluable if your return is lost in transit to us. Your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. Items damaged in transit during return are the customer's responsibility. Parente Bros International and Recipiada.com are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please insure your packages.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 31-64 21st street, #119, Astoria, NY, 11106, United States.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
