This vibrant bow tie pasta salad features tender tuna, crunchy fresh vegetables, and a zesty Greek dressing. Packed with flavor and nutrients, it's a perfect dish for a quick lunch or a light dinner.
Ingredients

1 pack Misko Farfalle 1lbs

2 pack Trata Tuna in water

10 cherry tomatoes cut in half

3 peppers (1 green, 1 yellow, 1 red)

10 Krinos Cracked Green olives

1 tbsp Krinos capers

2 finely fresh chopped parsley bunches

1 small bunch fresh mint

2 tbsp Horio extra virgin olive oil

1 lemon squeezes

2 tsp salt (1 tsp for boiling and 1 tsp for the salad)
Directions
Place the bow tie pasta in a pot with 2 cups of water and let them boil with the lid open for 12 minutes, or until al dente.
Drain the pasta and rinse it under cold water to stop the cooking process.
While the bow tie pasta is boiling, chop the fresh veggies into small pieces. Prepare a salad bowl and add the chopped vegetables.
Once the bow tie pasta have cooled down, add them to the salad bowl.
In the bowl, add the tuna, red cherry tomatoes, olives, capers, and chopped parsley. Drizzle with lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil. Mix everything together thoroughly.
